HOW IT WORKS
It’s always a great idea to meet your photographer. So let’s arrange it, or if you prefer phone/video call.
We can go through your plans for the day, all the details and what aspects are most important to you.
I do Love going through your day with you, allowing me to envisage and tailor my services to give you the best love story of your day.
If then you decide to book with me after our meeting, I will send you a link to your private client portal where all your documents are held. Your Booking fee is paid to secure your photography along with the signing of your contract. Your balancing payment is due two weeks before your wedding date, as well as your questionnaire which you can fill out with all your details, formal shots list and key photos you would like.
I am of course, always here if you have any questions, any time.

Let’s do this
Leading up to your day, a few weeks before I will contact you for a video call to go over your final preparations
The night before you big day I prepare my equipment, charge spare batteries, check my lighting etc. Print your shots list and forms.
On the day I try to stay out of your way and only help when needed. I like to say I’m quite reportage and I’m always watching for “the shot” or something that tells a little more to the story about your wedding.
As soon as I get home your images are up loaded to my computer and my cloud backup! so your images are safe! I can publish a sneak peek of some of my fave shots if you like. But generally, final images take 4-6 weeks to be sent out to you 🙂

I have a whole host of samples for you to look at which we can do over video call or in person – you can add any product either before or after your photos arrive – no pressure.
Keepsake for the future
All products are handmade.
Prints and wall art are from a UK based family run company so you know you are getting a quality product.
My albums are all individually designed for you.
Once you have chosen the material – Leatherette, textile, velvet or suede in a whole host of colours, you can choose the size, number of pages and wording.
I will send you a link with the draft of your album layout and there you can let me know any changes you would like – as many times as necessary until you are happy to go to print.
Minah was our photographer for our wedding a few weeks ago. She was absolutely fantastic! She was so friendly, made it feel like she was one of your friends. Are you a professional wedding Photographer?
I like to think so? Wedding photography is my full time business, I of course photograph families, events and occasionally products but weddings are my thing.
I’ve been to college and paid for many courses aimed at professionals and wedding photographers.
I’ve been photographing weddings since 2016 and carry with me two cameras, lights and other equipment. My cameras and lenses are serviced by every year!
Each camera also has a dual card slot where I back up the photos onto a second SD card. Then these are uploaded onto my server at home and a cloud server for double assurance that your images are safe! This also lets me sleep at night..
I am fully insured but Public Liability and Indemnity (some venues require a copy)
Although I’m quite relaxed I DO take your photos very seriously but make various steps to give you the best service! I always think you are buys me, my services and and my art – not just a set of photos.
What happens if you are ill?
In my years of photographing I haven’t yet been so ill I had to stay away but in this eventuality I have a number of photographer friends, all of whom have their own successful wedding photography business and whome I have worked with. They can step in on the day and then I will edit the images afterwards. There is no extra cost to you – payment to the substitute photographer comes out of your package price, already paid.
If my wedding lasts longer than scheduled, will you stay?
Most weddings over run a little, so I don’t mind staying for 10 – 20 minutes if things over run. But if you find on the day that you need the extra hour or would like to add an extra hour at the time of booking then I can add this to your invoice.
What if it rains on the day?
Ooh then this means we I need to get even more creative. I love it when it rains for some super atmospheric skies. If you’ll venture outside we can do some magical shots in the rain, backlighting you and making for a fab silhouette. Or I can find some cute spots at your venue if you’d rather stay in – I work around you and what you prefer – I’m here for you! Trust me – rain isn’t a problem, we just have to dance in it 😉
What happens after our wedding?
Once I’ve said goodbye to you – usually on the dance floor… I go home and straight away upload your RAW files to my back up systems. On the average full day I take between 3,000 and 4,000 images – that’s with one photographer, add a second and then there’s an extra 2,000 odd.
Then I cut these images down to the important ones, take out similar ones. Just this process can take 3 or 4 hours, I literally go through every one!
Then I spend then next few days editing individual images, cutting them down even more.
For important photos like in your ceremony or your group shots/couple shot I photoshop bits out, like an exit sign or some posts and pylons in the background.
For your couple shots especially I soften your skin, take out blemishes, bring out your eyes and basically bring out the best in you 🙂
